SPC Pugh is a Vietnam Veteran who has been diagnosed with severe PTSD and Anxiety. He was referred to C4H by the DC Veterans' Affairs Hospital. SPC Pugh has had a very hard time interacting with others, especially his family and friends. SPC Pugh adopted Soldier, a 3 month old Lab mix that came to WARL from an owner that could not take care of the litter of puppies her dog had.
Soldier is the perfect joy in my life! The little guy is my savior and helps me get outside and be social, again. God bless C4H and thank you so much for saving me!
