It’s a P2V Adoption! HN Pittman and Coconut

HN Pittman is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. During his service in the U.S. Navy, he attended to wounded soldiers and Marines while in combat. HN Pittman was referred by the Washington Veterans Affairs Hospital in need of a companion animal to help with this Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. P2V came to the rescue by providing him with a lovely kitten.

Coconut is a 11 month old kitten who was due to be euthanized from overpopulation by the Washington Humane Society but came to the Washington Animal Rescue League for a second chance at life.
HN Pittman says: “Coconut is just what I needed to feel better about me and what I have seen! If only I knew about P2V sooner, I wouldn’t be so bad, however, now that I have Coconut, I know I can make it back into society, again.”
